- Manage social networking accounts on a daily basis, monitoring, interacting and analytics.
- Content creation - Write blog posts, articles, newsletters and communications materials.
- Social media marketing – Manage and grow the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online channels.
- Customer support – Interact and facilitate
- Communications/marketing strategy – Provide direction for the company’s communications
- Analytics – Provide reports on metrics, and find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
- Research – Assist with story ideas and research relating to editorial coverage
- Outreach – Reach out to think tanks, labs, media outlets, and others to form editorial partnerships.
